Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• United Kingdom: 4-12 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, public holidays or periods of high demand.

Logistics & Transit Process

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, delays, temporary interruptions in tracking updates or other unforeseen logistical circumstances may occasionally occur.

While some circumstances may be outside our direct control, Serante will remain available to assist customers with shipment enquiries and work with the relevant carrier to help resolve delivery issues.

If an order cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe or within a reasonable period, please contact our customer service team so that we can investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You may also track your order at any time through our Track Order page.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at supoport@serante.co.uk. Our team will investigate the shipment and assist you in locating your order or arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before completing your purchase.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided by the customer, this may result in delays, failed delivery or the parcel being returned to the sender.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at supoport@serante.co.uk as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
